Reference Number: 0000315756 The City of Greeley is accepting bids for re-roof/membrane swap for the Police Department Secondary Building. This building has 2 ballasted roofs over metal decks this project will consist of replacing the main (upper) roof. The Lower deck (Maintenance deck) will be added to the project as a membrane swap including removal and replacement of all pavers if allowed by budget. Please provide separate pricing for each deck. This project will be an EPDM .60 thick membrane swap reusing the existing ballast for the main deck which is approx. 22,673 square feet (to be verified by contractor). Parapet walls have approx. 230 linear feet with termination bar and approx. 590 linear feet (to be verified by contractor) with a wall cap that shall be replaced with new, matching color and specifications termination bars and wall caps.
