Renovation of a municipal facility in Greeley, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project will be done in two phases, the first phase is to remove the current maintenance pit, by removing the exhaust system, lighting and re-working the drainage. Then filling the pit with flow fill and finish with concrete. The second phase will be to remove the current inground lift and prep the area for the new inground lift. Drawings for both projects are included in the RFP. This is a working Bus maintenance shop; the chosen contractor will complete phase one and proceed to phase two once phase one area has cured and can be driven on. LOCATION OF WORK: All work is located at the City of Greeley Transit Facility "GET" and equipment maintenance 1300 A street, Building A.
