Site work for a water / sewer project in Chesterfield, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supplies to perform all work and services necessary for: - 3,861 L.F. of 6" ductile iron waterline along Ladone Drive, Network Street, Edgewood Drive, Meridian Avenue and Celanco Court. - 3,897 L.F. of 8" ductile iron waterline along Gary Avenue and Mistora Road. - 1,019 L.F. of 12" ductile iron waterline along South Street. Delivery Terms : Free On Board Destination Payment Terms : Net 30 Days Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, obtained from other sources. Any changes or supplemental instructions to this Invitation for Bid shall be in the form of written addenda. Addenda will be emailed, mailed and/or faxed to the prospective bidders at respective addresses furnished for such purpose. Each bidder is responsible for determining that all addenda issued have been received and shall acknowledge receipt of all addenda in the space provided on the Bid Form or by returning a copy of each signed addendum. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid. All addenda so issued shall become part of the IFB and any resulting contract documents
