A Construction start date and timeframe is To Be Determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified and interested firms to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for a prototype single or multistory elementary school for Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS). The RFP follows a two-tract proposal option: In Tract 1, the Architectural/Engineering firm may submit a proposal for a new single or multi-story elementary school prototype designed in conjunction with CCPS requirements. In Tract 2, the Architectural/Engineering firm may submit a proposal for a single or multistory prototype elementary school from its own "as-built" portfolio, for review and evaluation by CCPS. Under this Tract the A/E firm should plan to provide customization, site adaptation and other design services for the selected "as-built" prototype submittal. Up to four (4) "as-built" prototypes may be submitted under the Tract 2 proposal option. The structure of the RFP allows firms to submit a proposal for either Tract or both.
