Bidders must submit the manufacturer's specifications/details with their proposal. All work under this contract shall be in accordance with the roof manufacturer's specifications, the UCC (City of Altoona's Building Code) and these specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, scaffolding, and equipment necessary to construct the project to the specifications and photographs, as referred to, and perform all else necessary for the proper completion of the project to the satisfaction of the engineer and/or his representative.
