There is no bid security required. Allen Equal Pay Act (P.L. 2018 c. 9), and the Authority's Small Business Set Aside requirements pursuant to N.J.A.C. 17:13-4.2d. Restrictions on Political Contributions- bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 2005, c.51 and c.271 concerning disclosure of political contributions All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFQ shall be submitted to the Authority. In order to receive adequate consideration, questionsshould be received by the Authority at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Any question(s) which in the opinion of the Authority require(s) interpretations or clarifications will be answered by Addenda in accordance with paragraph C above. The Manasquan Reservoir, located in Howell Township, Monmouth County, is owned and operated by the New Jersey Water Supply Authority (Authority) as part of the Manasquan Water Supply System (MWSS). The 770-acre reservoir stores 4.67 billion gallons and includes 6 adjacent wetland areas. The reservoir has a maximum depth of 40 feet and is primarily fed by water pumped into the reservoir from the Manasquan River. In addition to its water supply function, the Manasquan Reservoir and the surrounding land is parkland operated by the Monmouth County Park System. This popular recreation destination includes fishing, boating, a 5-mile perimeter trail, a visitor's center with a boat launch, and an environmental education center. On summer weekend days, 80 to 100 boats may utilize the boat launch. Authority staff confirmed the presence of two aquatic invasive plants of concern, hydrilla (Hydrilla verticillata) and fanwort (Cabomba caroliniana), among other submersed aquatic vegetation (SAV) growing in the reservoir and wetland areas in 2017. Full reservoir SAV surveys performed from 2017 through 2020 have noted an increased presence of hydrilla across the reservoir, rising from 66% of all
