Renovation of a fire / police facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The scope of work involves adding a new wall in Suite 2A08 to provide an additional workstation area. The suite is currently a server room, with four work stations, and an open informal storage area. There is a need to replace the storage area with additional work stations in this suite. There is a door that connects 2A08 with 2A01 which needs to be relocated along the wall to avoid conflict between the existing large work station and the door. Besides the new wall, work involved will include mechanical / HVAC, fire protection, and electrical modifications, as detailed in the drawings. Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, access platforms, etc., required to execute the scope as per IFT Drawing Set.
