The City of Pleasant Hill, Missouri is a special charter City located southeast of the Kansas City metropolitan area. The City’s population is currently 8,777 according to the 2020 census. The City’s budget (all funds combined) totals $14,125,947 for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2022 and ending March 31, 2023. The City of Pleasant Hill is requesting qualifications from multi-disciplined engineering consulting firms for project based and on-call services on a non-exclusive arrangement. The on-call consultant provides additional staffing resources for projects the City does not have time or expertise to complete. The City of Pleasant Hill is receiving statements of qualifications from qualified consultants and firms to provide these services relating to, but not limited to: 1. Sanitary Sewer Collection 2. Water Distribution and Supply Systems 3. Stormwater Conveyance Systems, Drainage, and Stormwater Management 4. Other Capital Improvements Projects 5. General On-Call and Project Based Consultation Services All consultants responding to this RFQ shall provide sufficient information and data to fully allow a complete evaluation of their qualifications. Consultant must present satisfactory evidence to the City indicating their ability to meet the scope of work within a prompt timeframe.
