Site work and paving for a road / highway in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project will generally consist of the milling and paving of sections of East 28th, East 29th and East 30th Streets as well as general restoration activities. Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be reviewed at the Wesleyville Borough Municipal Building (telephone: 814-899-9124). Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record with the Owner as having obtained the contract documents. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
