Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 756-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
As of June 1, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority (Port Authority) requests bids for the Lampe Marina Fish Waste Holding Building Contract No. 12510-2023-01. The Work includes the construction of an 18 x 42 steel and wood framed pavilion style structure covering a fish waste holding walk-in cooler and a fish cleaning area located in the existing asphalt paved parking area at Lampe Marina at the foot of Port Access Road, Erie, PA 16507. The Work also includes the construction of a concrete slab on grade within the pavilion structure as well as all associated site work and utility connections. Separate bids will be received for general construction, plumbing construction, and electrical construction and each contract covers the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenant items necessary to provide a complete and finished project. Sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required.
