The City of West Haven (here after referred to as, "the City") is soliciting a Request for Proposals for the permanent removal of a 10,000 gallon, steel w/fiberglass jacket, underground storage tank, formerly used for gasoline (UST). The tank has been disconnected from the dispenser and has been vacuumed out, however some residual fuel may be present. We are seeking qualified firms to perform excavating, tank removal and disposal, backfill and paving for the permanent removal of this UST. a. No oral, telephonic, emailed, or faxed corrections, deletions, or additions to any response shall be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to waive any or all formalities in connection with this request. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it deems such to be in the best interest of the City of West Haven.
