This RFQ is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of the supply, delivery and off-loading of sheet goods and hardwood products as required during the period of the contract and in accordance with the specifications outlined. The products will be required for delivery and off-loading at RDP's Main Campus at the locations specified by the ordering RDP contact. RDP currently places majority of its orders requiring two deliveries through the year: early to mid- December and end of May to early June. Additional orders may be placed on an "as needed" basis The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of RDP to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on May 16, 2023. Proposals received will be evaluated via a three (3) stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDP. Mandatory Requirement: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each quotation MUST include completion of the Submission Form (Attachment #1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent.
