The City of Topeka, Utilities Department is requesting proposals and statements of qualification from qualified Consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for the continued implementation of its sanitary collection system condition assessment and predictive modeling program. The City's intent is to continue the inspection and evaluation efforts on an anticipated average annual length of approximately fifty (50) to eighty (80) miles of collection system including associated manholes.
