The City of Newport Beach (city) is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Firms That Are Interested in Providing the City With Garage Roll-up Door and Gate Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services at the Citys Corporation and Utilities Yards, the Big Canyon Reservoir, the Back Bay Science Center, (8) Fire Stations, Police Department, Lifeguard Headquarters, Libraries, and Various City Parks and Recreation Facilities. The Objective of This Request for Proposal (rfp) Solicitation is to Identify the Most Qualified, Responsive and Responsible Firm or Firms to Provide These Services Over the Course of a Proposed Three (3) to Five (5) Year Contract Period. The City Reserves the Right to Determine Whether or Not a Proposal Meets the Specifications and Requirements of This Rfp and Reject Any Proposal That, in the City's Opinion, Fails to Meet the Detail Or Intent of the Requirements.
