The City requests proposals for aquatic algae & vegetation removal services. Questions or requests for clarification regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted via email to cityclerk@holmesbeachfl.org by 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 24th, 2023 Responses to questions or requests for clarification will be made thereafter The term of this Agreement shall be for 2 years with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The prices proposed by the Contractor shall remain fixed and firm for the duration of the Agreement. Provided Owner issues a "Notice to Proceed" not later than 12/01/2023, the undersigned Bidder agrees to substantially complete the Work in accordance with the contract documents not later than 05/01/2024. The City of Holmes Beach reserves the right to reject any line item or items submitted on Bid Form s or increase or decrease quantities as required due to budgetary limitations.
