The CONTRACTOR for this project must perform at least forty percent (40%) of the work with its own forces. To demonstrate qualifications to perform the work, each Bidder must submit information including but not limited to financial data, previous experience including references and evidence of authority to conduct businessin the State of Florida. This contract comprises the construction of a potable water main and removal of existing asbestos piping. The project includes the following items of work, but is not limited to: 1. Installation of approximately 220 feet of 6-inch PVC potable water main. 2. Installation of approximately 200 feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main. 3. Removal and disposal of approximately 1,300 feet of asbestos 12" pipe. 4. Materials needed for replacement of the existing water main to be provided by the City of longwood. 5. MOT for this project to be provided by Hubbard Construction and the City of Longwood. The work includes all associated site work, piping and restoration necessary to complete the system
