Total cost is estimated to exceed $100,000.00. d Conference Center - 105-foot by 42-foot building with 6 window sections and 3 storefront door sections a) After removing existing siding, provide and install the following new items: i) Closed cell spray foam insulation in exterior walls (R-15) ii) ZIP-system (1-inch) sheathing per manufacturer's instructions iii) Non-operable insulated, double pane, argon filled, Low-E storefront-style windows iv) Insulated, double pane, argon filled, Low-E storefront doors v) Hardie Board and Batten siding and Hardie vented soffit b) Provide and install new 6-inch gutters with gutter guards and 5-Inch downspouts. c) Prep, caulk, and paint two coats on all siding, fascia, and trim.
