The improvements may include the following primary multi-modal features along the project limits: Narrowed vehicular travel lanes with speed cushions Modern-day roundabouts at the intersection of Park Drive and Kelly Drive and the intersection of Kelly Drive and Hillside Drive Upgraded pedestrian ramps in accordance with the current Caltrans ADA standards A multi-use trail along the Agua Hedionda Lagoon from Neblina Drive to Kelly Drive Enhanced buffered Class II bike lanes along the entire project limit Enhanced intersection treatments with bulb-outs at Neblina Dr, Valencia Ave, and Alondra Way. Reverse angled parking on Park Drive, along Laguna Riviera Park Raised medians on Kelly Drive along the frontage of Kelly Elementary School and on Kelly
Drive near the intersection of El Camino Real Storm water quality improvements and low impact development within the project area Revise streetlight locations as necessary to meet the requirements of the latest Caltrans ADA standards Landscaping improvements Vehicles Miles Travelled (VMT) Analysis in accordance with the City's VMT Analysis Guidelines and to meet the CEQA requirements Other Multi-Model Level of Service (MMLOS) calculations in accordance with the Citys Local Mobility Analysis Guidelines and Sustainable Mobility Plan (SMP) to support design The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
