Gainesville Housing Authority is requesting proposals to remove twenty-six (26) existing front entry screen doors and frames and furnish and install twenty-six (26) new security doors and frames for units located at SE 25 th Terrace, Gainesville, Fl 32641 (see Exhibit A). Contractor is to furnish two additional security doors and frames for future GHA use. Two units will not have screen doors removed or installed. Contractor is responsible for permits and inspections as required by the City of Gainesvilles building department. All work is to be performed in accordance with manufactures specifications, industry standards and best work practices. All work is to be performed by skilled and qualified workmen in best practices of the trade and in compliance with Building Regulations and or Government Laws, Statues and Ordinances. Hours of work: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time excluding all the GHA recognized Holidays.
