Renovation of a water / sewer project in Jamestown, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
For the repair of an Orbital Disk Aerator at the wastewater treatment plant. The scope of work includes: Remove all hoods and guards from 1st shaft section, Provide crane subcontractor, Remove broken drive and motor, Remove 1st shaft from aerator assembly, Remove all disks from bad shaft assembly and transfer to new shaft, Install bearings on new shaft and replace, Install new gear drive, new orbital shaft (1) and motor, Replace tie rod and anchor to concrete, Build soul plate to move anchor point locations (if necessary), Lift and replace all bearings on the train of shafts. Additional information is available from the wastewater operator at 937-675-2951. The Village of Jamestown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
