Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jamestown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The widening and resurfacing of Church Street in the Village from Limestone Street to Verity Street and the reconstruction of Church Street from Verity Street to Old US 35 including barrier curb, sidewalk, water, storm sewer and sanitary sewer lining. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 10 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, letter of credit on a solvent bank, or a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. A suggested Bid bond form is included in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. Substantial Completion Date: November 1, 2024 Final Completion Date: December 1, 2024 Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids as well as Alternates, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
