Renovation of an educational facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include The removal of the rock ballast, single- ply (TPO) roof membrane and associated wall & curb flashing. Removal & reinstallation of metal coping where indicated on the drawings. The existing 4" polyiso. board to remain. Remove & replace wet or damaged polyiso as required, based on a unit price. Install new singly ply roofing system as follows: 80 mil TPO mechanically attached over NEW 1/2 " cover board over new 2" layer of polyisocyanurate mechanically attached over the existing 3" layer of polyiso. board to be mechanically attached for a State of Idaho 30-year guarantee. Install membrane wall & curb flash per drawings. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $120,000
