"REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF BOILERS AT GOLDEN GATE NATIONAL RECREATION AREA (GGNRA), CA." This requirement is TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concern shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561790 - Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, with a corresponding Size Standard of $8.0 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract.
