Renovation of a water / sewer project in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

This Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to blast and recoat the secondary clarifier steel members; remove and replace owner-furnished center column and internal RAS pipe assembly and squeegee blades; resurface the effluent trough concrete; perform mechanical improvements including weir leveling and installation of walkway bracing and expansion joints; replace the walkway with new fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating; and perform all associated work and appurtenances as shown in the plans and specifications for Secondary Clarifier No. 2. The successful bidder will have one-hundred twenty calendar days to substantially complete the project. Question Deadline 03/20/2023
