Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Franklin, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Project abandoned the town is not going to forward with this work. For Country Club Drive Neighborhood Roadway Improvements Project In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing approximately 7,250 feet of roadway improvements along Country Club Drive, Jordan Road, Tam-O-Shanter Road, and Burning Tree Road within the Town of Franklin. The work to be performed will include excavation, pavement reclamation, pavement milling, paving with hot mix asphalt, asphalt berm, granite curb, asphalt sidewalks, drainage improvements, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work. Bidders must be pre-qualified with MassDOT for PAVEMENT SURFACING for the amount of the Estimated Construction Cost indicated below.
