Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jackson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work generally consists of the following approximate quantities: 1,685 TON Base Aggregate Dense 560 TON Asphaltic Surface 530 LF Curb and Gutter 2,430 SF Concrete Sidewalk and Driveways 6,275 SY Lawn Restoration 1,710 LF Pavement Marking 2,080 LF Sanitary Sewer 3,480 LF Water Main 90 LF Trenchless Steel Casing Pipe. Questions regarding this project should be directed to Mr. Jeff Chvosta, P.E. of Gremmer & Associates, Inc. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, a certified check, or a bank cashier's check as bid security, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Village of Jackson as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within fifteen (15) days of the award of Contract. Should any bid be rejected, such bid security will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such bid bond or check will be returned upon the timely and proper execution and securing of the Contract. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute the Contract and Performance Bond, the amount of the bid bond or check shall be forfeited to the Village of Jackson as liquidated damages.
