The proposed work is located in Pinal County on State Route 387 within the Gila River Indian Reservation between milepost 8.60 and milepost 15.70. The work consists of milling and replacing the existing asphaltic concrete, shoulder buildup, pavement marking and other related work. This project is located on a Native American Reservation, in the Gila Indian Reservation area, which may subject the contractor to the laws and regulations of the Gila Indian Reservation and its TERO office. Contractors are advised to make themselves aware of any taxes, fees or any conditions that may be imposed by the Gila Indian Reservation on work performed on the Reservation.
