The Town of Ajax is soliciting Proposals from qualified Consultants for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete a Structural Adequacy Review (SAR) for the Ajax Community Centre Pad 1 through 4 and Pool, Mclean Community Centre Pool and Village Arena located in the Town of Ajax. The Works shall include but is not limited to identifying deficient or degraded structural elements and will assist in the development of accurate lifecycle renewal planning for a period of up to 10 years.
