For Central Station Monitoring, Fire Alarm Services and Sprinkler Maintenance Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, requests the submittal of bids from vendors that are interested in providing "Life Safety" central station monitoring, full alarm system service and maintenance and full-service maintenance on fire sprinkler and Clean Agent systems for various Polk County locations as described herein. Provide "Life Safety" central station monitoring, full alarm system service and maintenance and full-service maintenance on fire sprinkler and Clean Agent systems for various Polk County locations. o receive a copy of the Bid Sheet please go the following FTP site, you will be prompted for a User ID and Password. The User ID is procurevendor and the password is solicitation. After you have logged in to the FTP site, double click on the file folder "Bid 23-257, Bid Sheet", select "Open" or "Save As" to download the Bid documents, drawings, and technical specifications. Attached are important instructions and specifications regarding responses to this Bid.
