SCOPE OF SERVICES SUMMARY The City of St. Cloud is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for the successful removal of existing playground loose fill, pour-in-place (PIP) surface material, and applicable existing borders, and the installation of new PIP surfaces and new concrete ribbon curb borders under and around existing playground equipment as specified in Section 2, Detailed Scope of Services and Requirements, of this ITB document. The successful bidder shall prove by their qualifications, experience, and plan for the work, that they will best serve the overall needs of the City. The selection of the successful bidder shall be at the Citys discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after receipt and evaluation of all responses.
