Renovation of a municipal facility in Allegan, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Within two weeks of contract award notification, verify and order heat pumps. Contractor shall verify the sizing, ducting, connections and all other relevant information on-site before ordering the heat pumps. If information about any heat pumps listed in Attachment B proves to be incorrect or alternate heat pumps are identified for replacement during this site visit, the Agreement shall be amended in writing to reflect any resulting change in scope and/or cost. Procure new heat pump units - Daikin manufactured heat pumps preferred for consistency with units replaced in prior years. Contractor shall procure and replace 25 heat pumps at the Allegan County Courthouse, located at 113 Chestnut Street, Allegan, MI. Install new units and reconnect electricity and duct work. Provide and install one complete set of new filters for each new heat pump. Provide updated table of heat pumps listing new heat pump brand, model numbers, serial numbers, BTUs, voltage, amps, return air direction, discharge air direction and filter sizes for each new heat pump. A digital copy of the table in Attachment B with the information to be filled-in on each new heat pump will be provided to the Contractor upon contract award. Provide startup and operational testing to ensure proper functioning. Restore ceilings to pre-replacement condition.
