United Township High School will be renovating an existing interior library space originally constructed within a courtyard. The space will be reconfigured into 4 large classrooms along with a Career Conference center, Guidance office, Hallway with study countertop, mechanical room and an existing Large Classroom. The new classrooms will range from 785 square feet to 863 square feet with the existing classroom totaling 1,327 square feet. The Career Conference Room and Guidance Office will be in the existing library check out desk area totaling 451 sq ft. A 154 square foot mechanical room will be located between the hallway and the existing Large Classroom. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated sub-bids will not be accepted The project has a Targeted Small Business participation goal of ten percent (10%).
