Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs wishes to obtain bids in sealed envelopes to retain the services of a contractor for asset maintenance work, in phase 1. The place of execution of the work is at École St-Dominique, located at 2 rue de l'Entente, Lévis, (QC) G6V 1R2 The contract must be completed by August 18, 2023. Interested firms may obtain specifications , plans and other relevant documents from the Electronic Tendering System. You can also obtain additional information by e-mail from the professionals in charge , for technical questions, or from Mr. Richard Dion, for administrative questions. All public calls for tenders, quotes and tenders are governed by the Act respecting contracting by public bodies as well as its regulations and by the policies, regulations or directives of the Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs. This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: ACCQO - Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario; CFTA - Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Only will be considered for the purpose of awarding the contract, tenders from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement covered by law is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, and holding , if applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B.-1.1). Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. Note that any offer, donation or payment, remuneration or advantage in view of being awarded the contract resulting from this call for tenders is likely to result in the rejection of the tender or, where applicable, the termination of the CONTRACT. The school service center does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
