A timeline for award has not been confirmed. 2023 Road Work Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/28/2023 10:00 AM Work along Colonial Avenue generally includes variable depth milling (1.5" - 2") and wearing course paving between Hilltop Road and N College Street (SR 501). Work along Trego Dr., Country Ln. & Norma Ln. (Royal-T Estates) generally includes scratch and wearing course paving between Hickory Road and Race Road (SR 2012). Bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on each project, accordingly. Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
