A sealed bid for renovations and repairs to eleven single family homes, at eleven separate locations located within Dauphin County PA Proposed scope of project includes general construction, electrical upgrades, mechanical work, lead based paint abatement and stabilization to bring the residence into compliance with federal, state and local codes and improvements to abate deficient housing conditions. Bidder's Facsimile Number e. Bidder's PA Attorney General's Office registration number to conduct home improvements. f. Bidder's copy of PA Labor & industry certification to perform Lead Based Paint Abatement work. (Lead Base Paint Reports for each property will be provided to interested bidders at the pre-bid inspections on March 21, 2023) Corporations seeking to bid which are organized under the laws of a state other than Pennsylvania, must secure the appropriate certificate, authorizing them to conduct business within the Commonwealth. Schedule of Payments: Contractor may invoice for payment for individual properties upon satisfactory completion of the scope of work (as accepted by the Owner and the DCED program representative) for each property in the Bid Package; i.e. a separate invoice for each property is permitted.
