The Works to be performed by the Supplier include: .1 Design of arch culvert, RSS/retaining wall, and hardware; .2 Coordination with VIA's Designated Engineer in the development of the engineering drawings; .3 Provide design drawings issued for coordination and construction; .4 Provide technical support during project tendering for the Contractor performing the construction; .5 Supply arch culvert and RSS/retaining wall components, including hardware. .6 Provide technical support during installation of the Products. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
