Renovation of a municipal facility in Wytheville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All inquiries about the project should be directed to Landon Sayers at lsayers@wytheco.org or by calling 223-6119 / 276-724-0998. Provide samples to the owner for selection of flooring types. Remove and dispose of the existing carpet & tile. Remove any glue, dirt, or debris from the concrete. Repair any sub flooring & use self-leveling compound where needed. Provide materials and labor to install approximately 4500 square feet of Commercial Grade LVT waterproof flooring. Should be a plank flooring style. Provide at least 2 extra boxes of flooring. Provide materials and labor to remove, reinstall & replace where needed quarter round to cover all expo sed edges 4 Cove base & transition strips where needed
