Work Location: Wythe County, Va Summary: Work will take place at the 90,000-sf Appalachian Expo Center, 200 Apex Drive, Wytheville. The work generally consists of locker rooms, concession upgrades, play surfaces for hockey and soccer, refrigeration, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. It is the intent of the Wythe County Board of Supervisors that the work will be awarded under a single prime General Construction Contract. The county has already ordered the necessary refrigeration, cooling, dehumidification and air components specified by the consulting engineers.
