The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), on behalf of the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) Woods Hole, Massachusetts, requires landscaping and ground maintenance services for NOAA/NEFSC located at Woods Hole, Massachusetts 02543, for base year plus four option years, as specified in the solicitation and statement of work. Period of Performance (Base Plus (4) Option Years: 1 May 2023 through 31 March 2028. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 561730 with a size standard of $9.5M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, effective December 30, 2022. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the best value considering past performance and price. RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Federal Contracts Opportunities via website. The solicitation number is 1333MF-23-Q-NFFM-0018; Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon the contractors to monitor the SAM Federal Contract Opportunities site all subsequent amendments. The anticipated award date will be on or about April 11, 2023. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under FAR Part 12 (Commercial Acquisition), FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition) and FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). All responsible small business concerns/sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
