The scope of work covered by this RFB consists of the installation and testing of a new access control system for the International Airport. Providing all related interfaces from access points to monitoring station. Bidder will provide one computer station for the monitoring of the access system and will provide options for remote connectivity to other stations on the same network. Bidder will provide a card printer that integrates with the access system and capable to print identification cards with information from the access control database. Bidder must be an authorized dealer for the software to be installed and be able to provide technical assistance to any technical issues within 6 hours of notification for the first three years. Additional to the buildings access points there are six vehicle security gates that need to be integrated to the access control system with proximity card and pin pad. Bidder will provide 50 packs of 10 each, proximity cards Net2 rox ISO magnetic. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to consider any other factors that it deems to be relevant to its needs. The Airport is required to have an automatic control of all doors of the airport terminal. Through the use of the Access Control System, the airport must be able to grant or deny access to users, generate reports of use of doors or of users, monitor door alarms and be able to manage an Identification card and its link to the access system.
