**As of May 17,2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The purpose of this project is to supply all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to demolish existing Harbor Patrol shed on a wood dock and replace it with a newly built storage structure per plan specifications. Dock retrofit to be constructed as designed per plan specifications. Liquidated Damages $50/Day The bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total. License Requirements B The estimate is $150,000.
