In accordance with Section 135 of the New York State Finance Law, commonly known as the Wicks Law, the work will be divided into the following Separate Prime Contracts: No. 1 General Construction The Work of these Contracts, as described in greater detail in the Contract Documents, is summarized as follows: Science and Nursing Lab Renovations and HVAC Upgrades: Saranac Lake Campus: Mulholland and Clermont Halls.
