A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction Group (D&C), on behalf of the New York State Department of Transportation, is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide complete design, specifications, field survey, estimating and construction administration/support activities to provide (2) two Sub-Headquarters buildings at separate sites. The first building, located in Lake Clear, is to have 3-garage bays, 1-vehicle wash bay and an office area. The second building, located in Lyons Falls, is to have 1-garage bay, 1-vehicle wash bay and an office area. The office areas are to include bathrooms with lockers, break room/area and office for staff. Renovation of the existing buildings at each site as well as any site work necessary to support the projects and DOTs operation needs at these sites shall be included. Existing utility systems including water, electrical, and sanitary shall be evaluated and designed as necessary. Design and provide a standardized building package for one, two, three, and four garage bay options with office area suitable for construction anywhere in New York State.
