Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Division of Occupational Safety under the provisions of Sections 26 and 27, Chapter 149 of the General Laws and will be in- cluded in the bid package Submission Deadline date on forms furnished by the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and clearly identified as a bid, endorsed with the name and address of the bidder, and the project name.
