Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide a Prefabricated 14FT wide x 40FT-long Shed to be delivered and installed. Refer to the attached Quick Quote Requirements document for specifications. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price.
DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method.

Enter lump sum price for a prefabricated 14FT wide x 40FT-long shed delivered and installed. Please upload the specification sheet to your quote from your company. The awarded bidder will provide an insurance certificate five business days after the award. SPECIFICATIONS
A. Sarasota County requests bidders to provide quotes for a prefabricated
aluminum shed to be delivered and installed.
i. The bidder shall ensure the following criteria:
a. Structure dimensions of 14' W x 40' L.
b. Gable roof shall be beige and constructed of 26-gauge standing
seam corrugated metal.
c. Have side walls 2" x 4" framing and covered with 29-gauge
aluminum siding; the color shall be beige with two (2) 24" x 24"
air vents, one at each end of the shed in the center towards the
gable.
d. Two (2) 10' W x 7' H rolled doors set 3' from each shed end that
can be locked.
e. One (1) standard 36" W x 80" H exterior grade with locking
mechanism hardware included, installed in the center 20' from
the end of the shed. All keys for doors and for garage doors will
match.
f. The shed shall have three (3) 12" wind turbines on the roof for
ventilation.
g. The proposed storage shed shall be leveled and placed on a
minimum 3/4 " Marine Grade plywood floor resting on 4 x 6
pressure-treated skids constructed by the bidder.
h. The shed shall be delivered and installed using the Florida
Building Code for hurricane tie-downs
