Reference number : 1199203 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice includes options for additional vesting (2-year or 4-year option) The municipality of Saint-Jean-de-l'ile-d'Orleans is launching a public call for tenders for a contract for emptying, transporting and disposing of septic tank sludge for buildings equipped with this equipment located in the area residential area of the municipality. The municipality wishes to obtain proposals for two (2) years, from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2025 and for four (4 years), from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2027. Only bids presented on the forms provided by the municipality for this purpose will be taken into consideration and must be presented in a sealed, sealed envelope marked: "BID: DRAINING, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSITION OF SEPTIC TANK SLUDGE 2023". Bidders must take into consideration that all requests for information and questions must be made in writing only to the attention of Ms. Nancy Clavet, General Manager and Clerk-Treasurer, at the following email address: direction@stjeanio.ca. Bidders should take into consideration that all communications between any other representative of the Owner or the Project Manager are strictly prohibited. All written requests must be sent no later than 11 a.m. on March 22, 2023 to allow the project manager to respond to all requests by addendum before the opening of tenders. All requests received after this deadline will not be considered. The municipality of Saint-Jean-de-l'Ile-d'Orleans does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. In addition, it reserves the right to accept a submission in whole and in part.
