Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
DC Water is now advertising for Sewer Life Restoration Program - 2 & 4. The anticipated contract scope and publish date of the solicitation are as follow: o Approximately 68,690 linear feet of Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining of 8-inch through 40- inch sewer. o Eight (8) Open Cut Sewer Point Repairs of 10-inch through 24-inch sewer and eighteen (18) Lateral Connection Point Repairs. o Approximately 3,421 laterals reinstatement. o Approximately 392 structural lateral connection reconstruction by lining and resin injection. o Six (6) sewer manholes installations. o Associated paving, sidewalk, and curb restoration, undercut trench excavation, and borrow trench fill Davis-Bacon wage determinations and M/WBE requirements shall apply.
