Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Arvada, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number: 0000313056 Apex Park and Recreation District is issuing this Request for Proposals for the purpose of repairing the east parking lot at the Simms Street Recreation Center located at 11706 W 82nd Ave. in Arvada, Colorado 80005. We will need a 4" mill and overlay in the west side of the east parking lot (pictured in attatched map of project). The area to be milled and resurface is approximately 3100 square yards. There will also be two trenches that will need to be patched in. Both trenches are 5" deep and 3 feet wide. The first is 21 feet in length and the second is 64 feet in lenght. Both are indicated on the project map.
