The City of Arvada is seeking RFPs for field renovations on an existing Baseball/Softball field located at Pioneer Park located at 12100 W 82nd Ave, Arvada, CO 80005. - Field #5. It is the smallest of the 3 fields on the North East side of the complex. Issues with the existing field include, but are not limited to: Drainage Loss of Infield Material Outfield grass lip build up Improper grade on infield Loss of Warning Track Materia 1. Infield/Outfield/Warning Track a. Up to 13,000 Sq Feet of of Infield Material i. Addition of new Infield Material. Infield Material shall be in accordance with the specifications laid out in Part 3 ii. Infield Material shall be installed in accordance with the specifications laid out in Part 3 iii. Final grade plan must be approved by City of Arvada project manager prior to installation iv. Infield needs to be extended towards outfields fence in order to accommodate 65' base paths b. Up to 10,000 Sq Feet of Warning Track Material i. Scrape 2" of material and set aside in separate pile for City of Arvada ii. City of Arvada will reinstall warning track material and will work with contractor on appropriate timeline for the installation c. Up to 26,000 Sq Feet, .58 Acres of Outfield Grass i. Removal of enough sod to achieve an even grade for field drainage ii. See Part 3 section 6
