Liquidated damages in the amount of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) per consecutive working day will be assessed for each day that the work shall remain uncompleted after the end of the contract period with due allowance for extension of contract period due to conditions beyond the control of the Contractor. The contract shall be fully completed and ready for final payment within 70 working days from written Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued on or about June 1, 2024. The City of Tipton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
